The price of the apartment includes one storage room, marked on the plan.

Every apartment has a guaranteed right to buy one parking spot.

The outdoor parking space can be chosen before the procedure for use has been determined (in February 2019) and the price for one outdoor parking spot (numbers according to the site plan 13-25) is 3000 € that is added to the price of the apartment ownership.

Before the apartment ownerships have been created ( in January 2019) you can choose one parking space on the basement floor (numbers according to the site plan 1-12), the price of the parking space in addition to the price of the apartment ownership is 7000 €.

Before the creation of apartment ownerships, the parking spaces on the basement floor that are still vacant will be tied to certain special ownerships and their locations can not be changed later. The 7000 € cost of a parking spot on the basement floor will be added to the price of the apartment ownership.
